We would like to introduce the restaurant to Hunter Valley and offer most authentic Chinese cruise and make its significance to this Region.   Guests can try some of the dishes of our Michelin  listed restaurant, Mingle Kitchen From the Yuan of our Intexact Group from 2013 in the "Michelin Guide Book - Hong Kong & Macau" for three consecutive years.

We can also provide tailor made food services and private kitchen booking request for group and function. Served barbecue by the pool or terrace is also available.
